'Meditate and Destroy': a documentary film about Noah Levine, author (Darhma Punx) and meditation teacher, on the marriage of punk rock ethos and buddhist philosophy and his life's journey from a street punk to his current practice and teachings with youth in detention and on the street.

Noah Levine lives in LA and works as a teacher of budhism with youth and is visiting Toronto In October, offering a day-long workshop on INNER REVOLUTION: Creating positive change through internal & external acts of wisdsom and compassion. This workshop is suitable for beginners and seasoned meditation practitioners, and is for anyone interested in how the Buddha's teachings relate to personal and societal transformation. This event will be on October 17th at the YMCA from 10am-4:30pm - it is being offered as a fundraiser for New Leaf Yoga Foundation.
